Step by step

Heat

Heat a griddle, pan, or budare over medium heat.

Knead and rest

Knead the P.A.N. Nutritious Seed Mix with the water for 2 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes. Form 8 balls and flatten them into discs 10 cm in diameter and 2 mm thick.

Cook

Cook for 5 minutes on each side. For extra crisp tostadas, bake them for 10 minutes.

Assemble

Place one tostada on a plate and add cream, mushrooms, scallions, and smoked salmon. Repeat with cream, alfalfa sprouts, and salmon. Finish with toppings to taste and serve immediately.
